So I'm due for an upgrade. I contacted Vodacom upgrades and given different numbers to call with no avail!!!
I've explained that I've seen a phone/deal being offered at another Vodacom outlet for R2400 (overall) less then what Vodacom direct is currently offering.
The deal at Vodacom direct is the same price for a New Contract OR an Upgrade! So what is the issue? I was advised that there is no way to provide a better deal and that I should then rather cancel my contract and take the new one from the other Vodacom outlet!
Really Vodacom, do you even care about your existing customers or are you just interested in numbers for your sales stats?
I would like to retain my existing number and upgrade to a phone/deal that is actually value for money (as provided by the other outlet) not get the by you because I'm not a "new customer"!
