I've got a 10Mb line with 20 20 GB data per month.
On the 4th of Dec 2013 I was capped by Telkom. I check my daily email from [Email Removed] and it indicated that I've used up all 40 GB. I knew I did not used up 40 GB of data and checked my user stats on the saix website [URL Removed] which confirmed that I still have 26 GB of data available.
I phoned 10210 and was given the ref no 555998406. I was told they will investigate and get back to me. After 2 weeks I phoned again. Spoke to about 7 persons and was told again that they will phone me. Well it is almost 3 weeks now and still no feedback. In the mean time I have to buy bandwidth from another ISP to stay connected.
I've got an analog line, a ISDN line and ADSL with Telkom. Was categorised by Telkom as a Pinnacle customer (not sure what the benefits are), but it seems to me that Telkom is sending me a message that it is time to get an alternative communications supplier.
Surely by now somebody should have been able to investigate and give me feedback.
