Overcharging- bad service

In June I asked for an extra data bundle which wasn't added. I phoned 10days later again & it was added twice without me knowing. We went overseas in July & Autopage said I went over my debit order & cut me off even though they added the data bundle twice. They charged me to connect & apologized & said it was their fault when phoning them when we were back. I was promised that the money'll be paid back which I can't see happened up to date even though I emailed, phoned & visited them in person many times. On top of that my data account was extremely high after July. I asked for an audit but never received reports or feedback. I have a talk 350 contract (I'm with Autopage, MTN for over 13 years) & have to pay in after talking for 44min. That is nearly R7 per min. After questioning it they didn't know how much they charge per minute & after finding out said they charge R2.50. I didn't get a report after the audit again! Lastly I asked them to change my data bundle from 300MB to 1GB. I was told that it'll be changed when I get my new bundle on the17th of this month. I only got 300MB. I feel Autopage overcharges data & call time&don't care as nothing is ever done to change the issues
