I ported my Vodacom number to Cell C and for the pas t5 months I have had no joy at all. I only have network (not full bars thought) when I'm at work but no network at home. this is my business number and it means that my employer and clients can't get hold of me after hours and that's unacceptable. i was at a mall today and my daughter went missing. i was scared and and was trying to call the mall center management and was so frustrated coz there was no network there either. when is this network going to fail me again, when I'm stuck in the middle of nowhere and at the mercy of criminals and? I want to port my number back to Vodacom coz they have network coverage everywhere. I never had such issues with them. Cell C must allocate another number to their contract. I want my number back. I can't be missing calls with my phone on all the time.
Its unacceptable.
