I've had a galaxy s4 through cell c for almost 4 months. It has a problem with the battery that loses power and is swollen, the screen is also cracked but doesn't affect the device's function. I wanted to book it in for battery replacement but was told that they will not replace the battery unless they repair the screen as well, which I will have to pay for! It's still under ADH warranty. When asked why that is I was told "that's how they work" why should I pay cell c for something that Samsung will do for free? Why should I pay for what I didn't ask for and basically be told off when I asked for a reason? Now I'm stuck with a faulty battery that prevents me from using my phone properly and a sp that basically says their way or the highway unless they can extort me. No one could provide me with a written policy that states they will not replace my battery unless they fix my screen. I just need my battery replaced, that's it! I'm very disappoited in the manner they operate and try to cheat their customers. Utterly disgusting.
