When I signed up with Cell C I was told that coverage within the main centers especially Joburg would be alright and I even commended Cell C on their great customer service however, it's been nothing but a total disaster and I'm regretting the day that I changed networks. Most times I am lucky to have reception or not having to redial numerous times due to lost connections. On top of that data connectivity is often not available and I have to reset my phone all the time to get signal. After a recent accident I was unable to call for assistance straight away, which is absolutely unacceptable to me. Cell C has had numerous complaints from me and I have now requested my contract to be cancelled as they are no holding up their end of the contract and represent a risk to me. I am still waiting on them to respond which is why I am writing this now. Sorry Cell C, I had high hopes but you have seriously disappointed. I certainly saw for myself!
