Illegal Billing

My contract with Cell C expired in October 2012 however my account has been debited in November and December. On complaining I was asked to submit my bank statement as proof, after this I was told that this is not good enough as the bank statement did not contain my details eg. Name or ID Number (however it did contain the bank account number that Cell C uses to debit my account). My complaint is that I did nothing wrong in this instance but CELL C is treating me like a criminal and wants me to prove to them that I have been incorrectly billed so that they can refund me. The reason I cancelled my contract in the first place is because CELL C gave me a up phone, on returning this I gave back the phone and was assured that it would be repaired, it was but now something else was broken. If you want to get when buying a cell phone please by all means go to CELL C as they will not dissapoint.
