Unwilling to assit

Hi, Around past 9 I called the mtn call centre to do a sim swap for my cell which Ive had for more than 10 years 083 392 1128, as Ive already ricad my new sim, then the consultant I spoke to asked me 4 questions and advised I got 3 right and unfortunately I have failed the security check and unfortunately I cannot be assisted, so should I rather go t cellc or vodacom because I failed one point?

Please advice urgently.
