My fianc? went to Canada from 1st Dec to 12th Dec and her Roaming was tured on, only on her number not the 3G dongles, she was there for 3 days and then her account was barred. Now her account is R8800 with costs we don't know where it comes from and no one can explain the costs it is R6000 more than usual. We got a itimised bill and there it states 2day of 24hours mymtn data on exactly the same time a day apart. They did log a complaint but please can you help me. Our internet that was not on Roaming is also now barred they told us that this matter will be looked at but when, in the mentime i dont have internet and I owe MTN R8800 for services I didn't use.
Its now been wlmost a week and no one can help me Im fed up with this bad service.
