Call Centre Agents fail to inform customers that upgrades begin from the end of your old contract then last 2 years. Agents call clients and bully them into upgrading then when they try cancel its a LONG procedure and it doesnt get cancelled.
I called to cancel my upgrade and recieved no notification that it was cancelled- i did record the reference number of my call along with the agents name that i spoke to- who assured me that the contract has been cancelled which was scheduled to end in 2016.
