Recently installed a router from Telkom, last month we reported a fault which took Telkom 2 weeks to resolve, another fault was reported 3 days ago & still nothing has been done. No one has bothered to call us & the Call Centre operators are really no help, they are incompetent. After numerous calls from my cellphone which lasts more than 5mins a call still nothing has been resolved or they cut me off deliberately. The operator response to me this morning was "that there are no technicians in our area" which is a cause I see technicians everyday in our area which is 100m from where I live. I am fed up with this terrible service, no one @ Telkom gives a!!! If this does not get sorted out today there will be a Telkom router in the street and I will be canceling my services with them too with immediate effect. (Fault 1118CRK171213)
