I am absolutely annoyed by CellC's inability to assist me with this matter. Every day i get spam sms's telling me to pay outstanding debt. The sms is addressed to a Mr Ngwenya coming from the number 081-699-0500.
The sms i just received asks for payment to be made into an Absa Bank account, NuDebt Trust, Account number 4058482402, Reference number: ND61627796, Fax 0866284281 or [Email Removed]
I already sent a screenshot to CellC support's twitter account a while ago but no response on the matter. I hope this issue gets resolved as soon as possible please.
