On the 7 November I called mtn consultant complaining about moderm device that is not dectecting on my computer. I was told that my computer slot might be faulty.i tried the same device on the other computer but still it did not work.i called mtn customer care again and I was adviced to go to nearest mtn outlet.on arrival I was asked to produce a proof of purchase of which I did.the next thing the lady told me that they don't accept any repairs after 17h00 and my device is going to take 4 weeks for repairs or else I must buy a new moderm device for R500 or else I must go home as she cant help.how can I pay R500 while on the other hand im paying R250 FOR CONTRACT WITH MTN.above my device is still under warranty. NB.more than 60% of my daily work requires my to have access to internet on and off duty
