Unauthorised billing/Bad attitude

I see I am not dreaming as loads of other people have the same issue with MIra
On my Cell C statement was daily deductions for Mira service. I cannot recall subscribing to this service.
The lady in charge of the call centre lectured me about reading of T&C's and became real arrogant.
I could not speak to anyone helpful, only the useless call centre staff who is more intent on placing the blame back on me than actually resolving the issues.
Their excuse is that they only do the billing. Haalllooo, if you take my money then you are accountable
Mira is the one billing me but they cannot/will not resolve any issues!!!
Mira wake up if so many peole have the same complaint something is actually wrong.
To get hold of someone call the sales number on their website 011 447 1801, the 086 number is useless, you can only unsubscribe.
Cell C also catch a wake up and see how many of your customers are complaining about Mira.
If so many people complain on this site imagine how many people do not even complain, but just accept that they cannot do anything about these people.
