Dubious costs / Misleading costs

On 13 & 17 December I received emails from the abovementioned person, claiming he was calling me but no answer. That is a lie. Up to date no one from Telkom/-Mobile called me. However, Thatayaone requested my cell number via BOTH emails, which I supplied. (Funny, if he requested the number surely he did not know the number. So, how is it possible that, as he claims, did he contact me?) Then, on 17 December I received an email from Telkom Mobile - Social Media, with the following message: "We have escalated your query to our Sales Department they will contact you with feedback." I am still waiting. I was really hoping for the matter to be resolved on/before today, 20 December 2013.
My desire is the following preferred solution: (1) Give the contract to me as verbally promised, all inclusive, OR (2) Cancel the contract
