Collection of broken cell phone

Still waiting for the BROKEN, brand new cell phone to be collected so that my contract can be cancelled.
Logged the broken cell phone on 19 November already.
Collection request was logged on 5 December - nobody has come to collect yet.
Need this resolved urgently.
