BLACKBERRY NOT WORKING

We did get new blackberry from Mall which was not working properly and been sent back @ 5th November, and been return because it was not working properly and we received it round 20th November which said it was been repaired but still not working and the same problem exist. We returned it on the 30th November for repairs again and received it back on the 20th December which they told us it is beyond repairs with photos that said that is been moisture/liquid damage. And I am sorry to say why there was nothing in the first place been said of the moisture/liquid? We refuse to pay last month due to have not been able to use this blackberry @ all. And now with the new contract only a damaged phone back in return. We refuse to pay anything further on this contract till this problem could been solved. We do not use this phone near water or moisture and why did nobody said anything before only now for the second time. It also could happened @ the technical department which they would not tell. We asked that a new phone been delivered to our doorstep and from there we will start paying the contract again. And please do not think of blacklisting us due to poor services. Thank you.
