My mersery with Vodacom service

01 September 2013, i visited clearwater to upgrade to Sumsung S4 not knowing that it will be a start of my frustration. within a week i experienced a network problem with the phone. took it back to a technician at vodacom clearwater. he perfromed something to it and he said it is all fine he changed settings. the problem persisited. i went back to him with the problem, he looked at it and said there is no problem with the phone and i am the only person who is complaining about S4, he could not help me any further. A customer who witnessed my frustration referred me to vodacom cresta for help. this morning my arrival there i was assited by Vincent. he said my phone need to be taken for repairs at it may take three weeks. i then requsted a temporary phone as i use this phone for business. he said he can't because vodacom does not loan phone of the similar nautre to what i have and i must see how i am going to survive. he said to me he can't help me further than that if i want to stay the whole day in the store i am welcome to do so. I am frustrated with Vodacom and i need solution to this mersery urgent. i have been a loyal customer for 10years and this is what i am getting in return
