On friday the 13 I applied for a cellphone contract at MTN Belhar Airport Mall, I was served by a consultant named Thulani who was friendly, after filling out an application form he told the MTN head office makes the final decesion they will call me or sms me. The following morning I got an sms from the head office congratulating me after 2 hour I got a call from the Thulani guy telling me I must come fetch my phones they have been approved. At the store Thulani was very friendly while he was busy activating the phone he was called by a coloured lady whom I have noticed attitude she didn't even greet, Thulani came back and told me he can't give me the phones the system is offline I must come back monday, so I came back monday I realised Thulani also had and attitude now he didn't't even greet me, so I gave him a benefit of a doubt maybe his was tired, so I sat and waited why Thulani was paccing, so the colored lady came to me I think she is a superviser because she was so arrogant, she told me without even a hello that there is a problem with my contract its no longer approved now is processing she didn't even explain or appologise for the inconvinience then she walked away.
