On 19/12/2013 between 11:40 & 12:40 I visited the MTN SP Morningside branch to apply for a new data contract.
I was advised that I will be contacted later that day when my application was approved to collect my goods.
On 20/12/2013 I tried to obtain the application status, as I had not been contacted yet.
It is nearly impossible to obtain a telephone number for the branch.
When I phoned 0832226271 the call kept being disconnected (not unanswered. disconnected, pressing the little red button). I had to dial 5 times before I got to speak to someone. Neo Peete answered. She told me that I would receive an sms regarding my application.
I insisted on speaking to someone to obtain clarity on my app. She was rude and would not assist. She stated that she works in admin & cannot transfer me to anyone to assist.
What a load of rubbish!
When I told her to transfer me to someone whom I can complain to about her attitude she told me to go to the store to do so.
If I had all the time in the world to hang around MTN's Morningside store I wouldn't have phoned to follow up!!!
Thanks for nothing MTN. I am truly disgusted!
