NEVER AGAIN WITH VIRGIN MOBILE

I had a contract with Virgin Mobile&in Oct 2013, I went into the Keywest Virgin Mobile Branch to cancel my contract as I don't want to continue with the contract. I spoke to a lady that was there&she went to the back, phoned Head Office. She came back, told me that my contract has been cancelled, said that my last debit order will be at the end of Oct 2013&that whatever airtime I had left on my phone will be turned to prepaid. On the 13th of Nov 2013 my sim card was blocked. My Colleague phoned the Head Office and spent 1 hour &40 minutes on the phone with them. At the end of the day they said I owned them R966.00, said that I must go to the nearest Virgin Mobile to cancel my contract, they gave me a reference number. On Sat morning, 14th Dec I went to the Virgin Mobile Branch at Clearwaters&I spoke to a guy called Theo&showed him the reference he went to the back, he phoned&said that it was cancelled.he said I must pay pay the money owning to them before my sim card can be activated. I asked him why must I pay, He said it COZ my debit orders bounced back twice already. I work for the bank and I always have money in my account&my bank never returns the staffs' debit orders back...
