I have had 2 contracts with 8TA for the past 2 years. I then got a text to say i need to upgrade my contract . I went t the store and was told i cant upgrade i need to take out a new contract . so i applied . I was then declined .
THen i cancelled my contract . i sent a number of emails and also phoned 8ta. The call centre told me they cant check if my emails was received becaus they dont have access to the department . the call center lady confirmed my contracts will be cancelled on the 1s of Dec 2013 . TOday it the 20th and still no word from them and my contracts are still runnning
