Phoned to upgrade my contract as I was due for an upgrade, was told that I can get the iphone 5s on Vodacom smart m, I was told that there is a shortage of stock and that I would be contacted as soon as stock arrives, or the expected arrival time of stock.
I see that it shows on the system now that I have upgraded on the 17th of dec, but does a upgrade not meen that you get a handset when you upgrade, its not my fault there is no stock. I am prepared to wait for stock but then you cant show I have upgraded, if I must wait for 2 or 3 weeks for a handset?
the date I reiceive the handset should be the date it shows I upgraded???
