I handed in my faulty device for repair for the second time as you did not fix it the first time I handed it in.

I have been given the run around by Cesper Greenall, Lenita Correira and who ever is responsible for responding to you HelloPeter reports whenever I have inquired about the status of the repair on my device. Today Evodia from the call center confirms that the device is still laying at the Sandton City store and was never sent to the Technical Department despite your team telling me that they in touch with Technical Department to find out the status of the repair.
