Phoned 111, clearwater vodacom no one can tell me anything about the trade ins. E mailed customer Service eventually told to phone Vodaworld. The lady at Vodaworld tells me to come in so the can see my phone. Went to Vodaworld Midrand yesterday 19.12.2013 to do a trade in on my Samsung S3. When i arrived the lady tells me only trade in for upgrades or New contracts... NOW Vodacom where on the trade in page does it say ONLY upgrades/ New contracts??? Drove all the way to Midrand like a DumbSh*t just to be told ONLY upgrades or New contracts.
