RETURN CONTRACT CELLPHONE

I went to upgrade my contract on Monday 16 Dec to the Samsung Note 3 Gear. At the store there were no Gear's avaiable and the sales person checked with nearby stores with no luck. The sales person reasoned that the Note 3 is the top of the range phone to have and that even without the Gear its performance is outstanding. Ive had the phone for 5 days now and I must say there is nothing mindblowig about the phone. I am not satisfied with the product and the only reason I would keep it on a similar package is if I can have the Gear otherwise I wish to return the cellphone and continue my upgrade on a much cheaper Samsung or Experia package. Please assist with swopping this phone or acquiring a Gear. Thanks
