As per my previous report regarding the data dispute MTN said that they were investigating the situation and I have still not gotten any feedback from them, I have changed the nature of my contract from them, but still no word on the money that is owed to me, MTN are just brushing the problem under the rug. I will not stop posting complaints until the problem is resolved. I have paid excessive fees because of other peoples negligence and still to today my MTN active account is still not working.
