20 minutes on hold

I phoned the MTN 0831808 and was on hold for 28 minutes before I gave up and put down the phone. I paid for this call because I am phoning from a Cell C number about my MTN data card.

I'm willing to pay for a service but there is no service with MTN. I would like to cancel my contract but can't sit on line for this long. I have e-mailed the customer care line and get no response. I have reference numbers that never get followed up on. Please will someone phone me and arrange to cancel my contract with you?
