Cell C promised to that there is 3G coverage at my office in Monument, Krugersdorp, before I went over to them. They. There are almost no signal. After numerous emails and tel calls a technician came out and confirmed that there are almost no signal. The technician promised a signal booster. After more tel calls and emails, they changed their story and said they are doing upgrades in the area first and not installing a signal booster. After losing a lot of customers and business because of the signal problem, Cell C said they would come and evaluate the signal AGAIN.They have tried twice to phone me to make an appointment and infortunately I missed both calls. They left a message that I must phone back. I keep on trying the business nr 0841944000, but get through to the normal customer care, not the business dept. The call centre agents actually think I am lying when I say I am phoning the correct nr. They say I must redail the correct nr. The say they can't help me or thansfer me to the business dept. They refuse to help me. I want my signal booster installed by 31 December 2013 or I want Cell C cancel my contract and to transfer my nr to prepaid. I cannot keep losing business like this!
