SAMSUNG S4 SENT IN FOR REPAIRS FOR THE 4TH TIME

My phone started to give me issues, the device was seriously hot and battery went flat quick (after charging whole night). Vodacom Alberton replaced the main board and swopped the battery. I got the phone back and still did the same thing, I took it back, Lennett the repairs manager said his technician would replace the board again as it could be faulty. Next day they said device was ready and Maz said that there is nothing wrong with the phone and battery and didn't replace the board or battery. They replaced the software but now I can't connect my phone to my laptop to load my contacts as there is a driver missing, needless to say that the phone still gets hot and battery dies after 3 hours connected to Vodacom. I took it back to Alberton, they said if they sent the phone in, it would take 7 to 14 days. I said that they must replace the software which they did. I got another 1 gig of data to do software update (as suggested by Samsung) and again same issue, my phone doesn't even reboot. I took phone to Vodaworld, the lady that helped me was nice and offered a loan phone for me to use, but I had to do buy a new sim for the loan phone... come on Vodacom what's going on
