TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

GOOD DAY, I AM SO DISAPPOINTED WITH THE BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE RECEIVED FROM MTN. MY PHONE NEEDED TO BE REPAIRED AND ITS STILL NOT WORKING BECAUSE OF THE POOR SERVICE RECEIVED FROM MTN SANDTON CITY BRANCH. I SENT MY COMPLAINT TO MTN COMPLAINTS DEPARTMENT ON SATURDAY 14 DECEMBER AND TURN AROUND TIME FOR THEM TO RESPOND IS 24 HOURS. I THEN CALLED MTN 173 THIS MORNING TO FIND OUT HOW ELSE I COULD ESCALATE, THEY ADVISED ME THAT THEY WILL SEND AN EMAIL TO THE MTN SANTON CITY STORE AND THEN SOMEONE FROM MTN 173 CALLED ME TO INFORM ME THAT THE STORE ACKNOWLEDGED THEIR EMAIL AND WILL GET BACK TO ME ASAP. ITS AFTER 3PM AND STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED ANY CALL FROM MTN AND IM STILL SITTING WITH A BROKEN PHONE AND LEAVING TOWN TOMORROW FOR 3WEEKS AND NEED MY PHONE AND THIS I INFORMED MTN. HELLO PETER PLEASE HELP ME THIS IS PATHETIC SERVICE RECEIVED FROM MTN SANDTON CITY STORE, ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS WHILE I WAS IN THE STORE HAVE I REQUESTED TO SPEAK TO THE STORE MANAGER AND THEY KEPT SENDING DIFFERENT PEOPLE OUT TO SPEAK TO ME. THIS IS NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE PLEASE HELP! REGARDS LYNNIQUE
