Vodacom 4 U - Bad Service on New device upgrade

Would definitely not recommend anyone to use the Vodacom 4 U at the Glen for your phone upgrade. My new phone had Vodafone Protect preloaded, didn't use or configure the application but after rebooting the device, the device was locked and requested a pin to unlock the device within Vodafone Protect. Took the phone back within the 7 days return policy and they send to phone to the Vodacom repair centre, after 10 days still waiting for feedback from the store representative which seemed to be the store manager as well (Johan).

Might be better to have less people on the floor and get people willing to help and have better knowledge of their products to resolve issues.
