In the middle of November I had to reopen a new bank account due to on my previous account. I notified CellC not to deduct from the account and that I will make EFT payments to my 5 lines. The end of November CellC deducted from the previous account and all payments were returned. At the same time I made EFT Payments and send through proof of payments to all the lines and they were up to date according to my statements. The next moment I receive an sms stating that two of the lines were in arrears and my account was suspended. I contacted CellC and confirmed I made payment and send them proof of payments again. They said they did not receive the money on their side and had to consult with my bank. I went to the bank and got a bank stamped statement confirming payment was done and deducted from my account. I send the bank statement through to CellC and they reactivated my line confirming nothing is in arrears. On 17 December I received a sms again stating I am in arrears with R324 and my line is suspended. I contacted CellC explaining every thing. They opened a case number, said someone will contact me within 24 hours. In total my phone has been of for a week now and paid to date
