On Friday my phone locked which is not a problem as all that needs to happen is enter your GMAIL password, the problem arises was vodacom's network keeps switching between 3G and HSDPA, literally 5 seconds between the 2 as i timed it, Phoned 111 logged a request AGAIN for network issues which till today nobody has called! " i will probably get their BS sms saying they are busy erecting a tower in the area." It has been almost 4 years when i originally logged this request! Its supposed to get better however with Vodacom its getting worse.
If u as a Vodacom customer makes an error all u get is you are liable, so Vodacom i have been putting up with your network service for a while now who liable for this? please CANCEL my contract as this is unacceptable service.
Before i phoned your call centre I drove around in my area to get a stable signal but NO such luck. I eventually did a hard reset on my phone which resolved my issue!!

So once again CANCEL this contract as the network service is pathetic in my area!
I dont think Vodacom has ever heard of Mitchells Plain, but advertises that they have the best signal "LIARS"
