I contacted vodacom data support on 14 October 2013 re login error on vodacom portal. When I try to access the portal, I receice a message that my ID no is incorrect and as a result, I am unable to view my data balance I received a service request confirmation (S3-T3A2W-WWX15) on 14 October 2013 advising that I will be contacted via sms, email or phone within 24 hours. Two months and three days later, I am still waiting feedback from vodacom as the problem/ login error was not solved. On 17 December 2013, I once again logged a call with vodacom and received the following service request no S3-T9X2F-FKJEW.
