I would like to say that it is really bad service if you book your phone in for repairs and it takes them 5 days and they still didn't look at the phone yet. I booked my i Phone in at Fourways very good service from them and I phoned them to find out so the didn't hear anything back from there Head Office yet so I was given a number to phone and as I did the lady I spoke to said, they are still awaiting a technician to look at the phone does it really take 5 days to look at a phone and test it? I know people are busy but still all your staff in technical should be trained to fix all kinds of phones not just one guy working on i Phones.
