No response to faulty line in 8 days

On 8 December my telkom line showed no sync (no signal) on my router. I tested the router and it works perfectly. I phoned my ISP and all was in order from their side. Then I phoned Telkom and they had the line 'reset'.

Later that afternoon I called my ISP again and they had the fault reported: 48BRK081213
Every day since I tried to get hold of telkom directly via a cellphone call but hung up after being on hold for an operator for about 25 minutes each time.

My ISP escalated the fault with telkom for the fifth time now and Telkom is still useless in any sort of response worth mentioning.

I work from Home and needed this repair done when first reported. My ISP has been on the ball and extremely helpful but Telkom is the living example of the shameful state South Africa is in!
