I have wrote a report about this before with no feedback from MTN who are aware of this yet did not contact me. I purchased a Blackberry 9900 bold. 2months into the contract it became faulty. Replaced after a month of waiting with a REFURBISHED phone riddled with errors. Phone in for repairs on 16/01/2013. Waiting 17 days
Still no phone. WHY did my NEW 2 month old phone get replaced with a 2nd hand refurbished phone after i have been to and said it was a brand new phone?!!!
Yet the debit order gets takes with no complaints and getting dangerously close to 2 months THAT I PAID FOR without having a phone.!! FIX this with a NEW phone or I can be law cancel this contract. I WILL NOT pay for a new phone and receive a refurbished phone 2 months into the contract!!
If this problem is not resolved I will take the money for the remaining contract and go to every major newspaper within the KZN write exactly what happened.
