GORDONSBAY NO INTERNET ACCESS

Overall Vodacom gives exellent service, but seems to have an internet problem every December.
I am using a USB Modem with my laptop, Windows 8.
When i connect, the data runs but at the bottom the bars has a yellow triangle that says "No Internet access". I have the same problem with my Blackberry.
I called the call center yesterday 15 Dec 2013. The operator was very helpfull, but could not help me with the internet and did not know about any faulty towers. The operator guided me through with my blackberry to "Resolving Host", But still no Joy! On my Laptop i have deleted Cookies, Rebooted and re-Installed the usb modem with the same result.
The operator could not help or tell me if there was any problems in the area.

This problem started since 12 December 2013.

Any HELP Please?
