Phone that never works!

I have been with Vodacom for 2 years and just upgraded my contract. With the upgrade I got a new phone and being a Samsung fan, I opted for the new Samsung Fame. The first phone I got broke after a few days which I returned to Vodacom within the 8 days out of box warranty period. They then sent it off to repair but when it came back, it didn't work either and just kept shutting itself down for no reason. It only worked again after I had taken the battery out and put it back in again but I was doing this over and over several times a day so I took the phone back to Vodacom again. After 2 months of being buggered around, they finally provided me with a brand new Samsung Fame on Tuesday only to find that it does exactly the same thing! I have been having to take the battery out and put it back in again every few hours just to make it work as the phone turns itself off and I cannot get it to restart without doing this. I am very frustrated and reluctant to take the phone back again to the branch in Somerset West as when I was there on Tuesday, the lady at the counter wished me Merry Christmas but hoped she would never see me in the store again!!! Who is going to sort my phone out now?
