I repeatedly having problems with account and exhausted myself trying to resolve this matter..I'm on a Popup 249 which means my account should never exceed R249 yet every month for the last 7 months my account runs way pass that said amount..I'm only budget for the said amount that is why I signed up for a lock account..this month I ve had R690 taking off my banking account.when I run out of sms or data I buy airtime at Woolworths and convert it to either data or sms..yet my account indicates sms/data packages that I'm billed for... which means virgin mobileis is biling me for these sms/data that have purchased loaded myself..In my previous complainti got a call a begin rep stating he would sort out this matter asap.if this account is not corrected at steady R249 a month I will have no alternativebut to hand this account over the ombacksman, please give your urgent attention
