It is now more than 21 working days, I still have not received my R200 refund nor had any correspondence from vodacom since the 18/11/2013 when Rochell Carolus promised me that the refund will be actioned in 7 to 14 working days. i sent her an email on the 11/12/2013 but have received no response nor acknowledgement of receiving my email. I have asked for vodacom's complaints procedure but to no avail. I just don't know what to do about vodacom, you took back your airtime now refund back my money!!! I thought i'd keep using the network but with the treatment I've received - i am leaving just want my money back!!!
