When receiving my cellphone account for November, I noted that I was charged R7/day for Cellspice, I immediately contacted my cellphone service provider to lodge a complaint and was told that this has been billed to my account since 18 October 2013. I have never subscribed to any service, and do not even know what Cellspice entails. Vodacom will not refund me any of the fees and could not be stopped by them. This is from Cellspice. And I demand a full refund from them.
