I received my new iPhone 5 handset from Cell C Direct on the 28th of January. I wanted to port my existing number to my new Cell C contract. I finally got hold of the call centre on the 30th of January and they said the number would be ported by that evening. Nothing happened.
I phoned them again on the 31st of January and they said as this was originally a Vodacom number it would be done by that evening. Nothing happened.
It's now the 1st of February and the number has still not been ported.
