Upgrade not cancelled

Hi. On the 26/11/13 at about 17:15 I was contacted by te lady called Trisha who said is calling me on behalf of Vodacom regarding my upgrade she offered me a Sony Z. I said I was interested in a Samsung Galaxy Note3 that comes with a galaxy gear. She was a bit confused as to wat I was talking about and I described the phone to her and she promised me that I will get it and it was on special for that day. Two days later the phone was delivered to my work and te watch was not included. I phoned Vodacom and I was given the Rewardsco numbers as the company eresponsible for my upgrade and I must take up the matter with them. I contacted then and a lady by the Name of Nthokozo promised me that the contract will be cancelled and my old package reinstated. I kekpt on getting sms's about the new package that will take place on 30/11/13. During that time I was calling Vodacom trying to cancelled and they refer me back to Mondo and Mondo will to the some. On the 29/11/13 I spoke to Andisa Ladla of mondo and also promised that the phone will be collected and my old package reversed but nothing happened. On 10/12/13 I spoke to Shantel Nadooi and said the some but nothing has hapened.
