Bad Service from Samsung Headoffice and Vodacom

I have a contract with Vodacom and got my upgrade in May the 2013 to a SAMSUNG S3 MINI, About 2 and half weeks ago I was showing a friend a picture on my cellphone and it just went all green and then had lines down it and then completed went green and no picture and went blank. So I started first to take it to Norwood Vodacom and they said they would send it away and will let us know in a week and when the week came they said it was R800 to fix cause they said I dropped it &there is a crack inside... Which I knew I didn't drop it, when I tried to explain to them they weren't to bothered about what I had to say, so I had to then go out of my way to travel all the way to Samsung Headoffice, and was told by Bradley the manager that he said he will sort it out and help me. The staff member at Samsung Headoffice Busi she is a supervisor, said they couldn't believe vodacom was charging R800 she said it wont be that much. Then I got a call today the 11-12-2013 from Bradley who said he would sort it out and told us that it would cost R1450!!! I am disgusted in the service from Vodacom and Samsung Headoffice.
