Bad service and poor quality goods

Hi there
I bought an iphone4 from Al-tech Autopage cellular store in Vanderbijlpark last year in August. Two months after the purchase it started giving me problems, I took it back to the store and the phone was took in to be repaired. A month later the phone was given back to me and I was told it had software problems but that they were fixed and the phone will never give me problems again. A month later the phone started giving me the same problems and I took it back to the store again. The phone has been at Autopage since then and I was told that they took it to an istore for it to be repaired. I called the manager of the store Ismail a several times asking him when i'll be getting the phone back as its been at the store for more than a month but he keeps making excuses and has even started ignoring my calls. When I go to the store I am told I should speak to the manager but he is never available nor is he ever at the store. This is really frustrating as they never had a problem with taking my money as the phone was bought for cash but they can't deliver on their promise. This means I have paid for a phone im not even using.
