After being with Vodacom for over 9 years. Mondo mobile calls me to offer this amazing deal. I accepted the deal over the phone after delivery by RAM I decided that I ddidnt want the phone anymore. Returning this phone has been an absolute nightmare. MONDO mobile are not bothered to respond to my emai, they dont follow on promises. A month now waiting for Nadine at RAM who never answers her phone. I have never been so frustrated in my like just trying to return the phone. Vodacom does business with these people and there is no sense of commitment with them, they dont care about customers and treat you like an absolute non entity. Nadine is the worst that even when you finally get hold of her she doesnt even have the decency to apologise for inconvinience. Im so disspointed I wish there was some way I could adress my frustration with the CEO of Vodacom. Cannot believe how a simple pick can go so wrong. I regret ever speaking to Mondo mobile but anyway how was I to know if they introduce themselvers as VODACOM. A MONTH TODAY AND NO ONE HAS COLLECTED THE PHONE
