I've been a Vodacom client for 15 year... and never have I ever felt that they are a bunch of... I went for an upgrade at the Menlyn Branch ask them to look at my profile and guide me which package will suede me the best... since they changed the name of their bundle deals and I don't have a clue how the new bundle deals work.
They explain to me that I call a lot but don't use a lot of data so there for I must take the Red deal where you get 700 free talk time and 1GB data for free... nowhere did they say if you going over your free data limit we will charge you R2 per MB so therefore 1GIG of data is now costing you R2000 but my wife that is on talk 100 top up can buy a 1gig of data to top up her phone for R279... so how come they charge me R2000 for a gig of date and for her R279... now I am sitting with a R4564 phone bill... where as I paid a extra R1000 I get a bundle deal where I can phone as much as I like nationally and have as many data as I like... they are really money from me... and that from a loyal customer for 15 years...
