I tried to find ou as per vodacom web site when is my update due. could not find it
Here is what the web site says:
Upgrade online now and get FREE next-day delivery! Simply register or log in to My Vodacom to check your next upgrade date.
I could not find it so I tried the vodacom chat. the agent Xoliswa could not guide me thru so I asked for a supervisor.
Nompumelelo Nduli finally answered and could not guide me thru as well.
After 30 minutes (more or less) suggested that I will call the customer care. they should phone me.
Here is how the call ended:
Eitan: so actually what you are saying is that your web site provide false information?
Xoliswa: No Ethan, the website is providing you with the correct information. You have reached the Online Sales department, the Customer Care department will be able to instruct you as to where you can access the required information.
